1. Refunds & Returns
Because we operate a dropshipping model, all returns must be approved before being sent back.
We do not accept unauthorized returns sent to our company address.

2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be approved if:

To complete your claim, we may request:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase.
After the order is processed by our supplier, cancellations may not be possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, you must request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

In these cases, we may cover or reimburse the shipping fee depending on supplier policy.

Do NOT send returns to our company address.
Returns must be sent only to the supplier’s warehouse after we provide the correct return label.
