Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Origin
Orders are not shipped from our personal/business address.
All items are shipped directly from our partnered suppliers to ensure faster delivery and better pricing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 3–7 days for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Returns
Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, returns must be sent to the supplier’s return address, not to our business address.
